With a passion for real estate and obsession with quality, Ashley Rea created Rea Real Estate Expeditors, a truly unique real estate experience. Ashley’s dedication to seamless client care began with her career at Nordstrom, where she was a consistent top-producing seller and built trusted relationships with some of Seattle’s most prominent families.
After the University of Washington, Ashley leveraged her strong network and local relationships to start her own small business, Callahan Concierge, which pioneered the “anywhere, anytime” services available to consumers today. From grocery delivery to vacation planning, Callahan Concierge acted as a virtual assistant to the client by providing any service a client could dream of so long as it was legal, moral and ethical. As CEO, Ashley built Callahan Concierge to serve eight cities in two states, offering corporate concierge services and working with Microsoft, Real Networks, Sur La Table and Costco. Ashley’s best-in-class offering and seamless management of her clients’ day-to-day lives led her to be recognized in awards by Seattle Times, Seattle Metropolitan Magazine and Puget Sound Business Journal.
In 2010 Ashley sold Callahan Concierge to pursue a career in her family business, Aegis Living. As the lead marketer, Ashley was at the forefront of marketing for the divestment of three assets to a worldwide leader of assisted living that set records for price per unit in the industry. This sale increased the bench mark for price per unit by 15% across the Seattle MSA. Ashley developed a CMA tool for a revenue model that fed into the Performa’s of new construction that totaled $200 million dollars in new construction cost.
Real estate investment and flipping houses have always been a hobby for Ashley and her husband Ricky, as they have focused on homes in some of the region’s most coveted enclaves within Green Lake, Woodinville, Seattle, and Bellevue. Ashley now brings all of this experience together in her position as a real estate agent with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, where her clients benefit from her tailored approach, award-winning marketing, and exposure that spans not just around the corner, but around the world.
Ashley is extremely active in the Seattle philanthropic community. Most recently, she was on the Mary’s Place, No Child Sleeps Outside campaign board and is a current member of the 30/30 Togo Board. Other notable boards she has served on include Dress for Success, Junior Diabetes Research, Boys & Girls Club Youth of the Year, and We Day Seattle. Ashley is also Director of Philanthropy for the Aegis Living and her family foundation, The Clark Family Foundation.
Ashley and her husband Ricky live in Clyde Hill with their three beautiful daughters Kennedy, Aspen, and Eva. Ashley and Ricky’s daughters attend St Thomas School, where Ashley serves on the PA and STS development committee.
